I have a 30gal tank, it house zoos, mushrooms, xenia, fiji leather, toadstool leather. My fish are 1 full grown black ocellaris, 1 juvenile black ocellaris, 1 bicolor blenny and a firefish.

Do you think I am overstock or what?

Please let me know. Thanks!

Well this all depends.

First off how big are the firefish and bicolor?
What kind of filtration do you have?

No, sounds fine. Wouldn't add anything more though. The clowns alone are going to dominate that small of a tank and probably wouldn't endure anything else being added. Bio-load wise, your fine for a 30 (provided filtration is up to par as well)

the fire fish and blenny are both more or less 2 inches long. I have around 22lbs or LR and 30lbs of LS. I am running a carbon 24/7 in a HOB fuge. I'm still waiting for my sump and protein skimmer. Currently doing a 10% WC weekly.

right now the HOB filter isnt such a great device. However what kind of proteins skimmer are you getting?

I'd up the water change volume until you get a skimmer and sump going. 20-25% would benefit more for now and keep water more optimal.
