Tuxedo - no. Is a pin cushion urchin the long spined urchin, Diadema? IME, small-to-medium Diadema does not graze Caulerpa. Small rock-boring urchin Echinometra also does not preferentially graze Caulerpa, in my limited experience with that genus.

This thread (http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=999391) deals with the subject. Some sea slugs are specialized to graze on siphonous algae like Caulerpa. I don't have any successful experience with them, though.
