ALK is high

ok so my alk is reading 15 and may cal is right at 400 so im having a hard time figuring this out i retested 3 times it could be the test kit but if not what needs to be done to fix this

Is it actually 15 dKH, or is it above the top end of the test kit?

In general, the best way to reduce alkalinity is to add none (no buffers, not top off with tap water, no pH boosters, etc) and let it drop on its own.
