forgotten pH probe/still good?

In an old box in my garage I found a pH probe from probably 4 yrs ago. The probe was unused, and still in the original packaging (probe tip submerged the entire time)

Think it's still good?
How long can they live on the shelf?

It is likely still good.

If you can get it to be calibrated, it is good to go. :)
