toad stool ?

i have a taod stool that is spiltting i think. so can someone tell me what they think might be happening.:confused:

Are you sure its not just folding? When they get big they kinda fold over in some spots. It actually looks really cool when they do that.

well it's about 2in around and i just picked up about a week.so how dose a toad stool reproduce?
