Thanks, so many of the LFS only seem to carry brown zoos and polyps. I saw something different and just had to take out.

Well, it's a 30 Breeder, only 14" tall (the popular 40breeders are 16" I think). I'm going for an SPS dominant mixed reef. I want a 60/20/20 mix of sps, lps, and softies. But SPS require so much patience that I can easily see the LPS and softies taking over the mix. I use 2x150w 14k Phoenix bulbs in the Coralife clip on tank fixtures. The stock coralife bulbs look horrible and one of my LFS's claims to have issues keeping their SPS colored under the coralife bulbs. For a skimmer, I have a CSS 125. I use a 20L Sump/Fuge with LR and Chaeto. There's a total of 50lbs Figi LR in the system and way too much sand which is always getting blown around by a Mag 5 Return (about 375gph after headloss) and Seio 620. I had 2x620s but I recently took one out because it was just too much for a mixed reef. I set this tank up on 8/16/06, so it's almost 6 months old. If I could do anything differently I would only have done a ssb of 1" and not bought a 36" tank with a center brace.

looking good. nice zoos! i too have noticed that LFS mostly carry crappy polyps. best place to get better ones is online.

I want to order some stuff online, but I'm moving in May and just don't want to spend tons of money right now. If I see a good deal at the LFS, I take it and I'm actually going to attempt to move my tank with me. But I'd hate to order $100+ of anything online plus the shipping and then lose it in the move later.

Thanks clayspst. I think brains are probably my favorites, and LPS in general. But I'm definitely looking to simply my tank...more lps/softies and less sps.
