ok well i have had this frag for a while heres an original pic a while back

almost killed it with bad salt

thanks cward... yeah ive been waiting and waiting to c what this thing is cuz it was so wierd lookin as a frag....

now its lookin really nice with the pink coralits and polyps along with a lime green branch..... i hope it grows fast and we get a better look at what it is...

picked it up about ayear ago at an LFS for $20 they didnt know what it was either got it from a different reefer but it looked cool so i grabbed it since then i almost killed it and now its doin great and growing fairy fast now

thanks UFreefer but i dont think its a Nana i have one of those and not the same and e specially color wise but thanks for the try imstill confused anyone else

thanks for the help everyone man its so hard to tell i guess i can go with that guess right now maybe in another 6 months it will be even clearer to what it is?

Looks very similar to the one I posted for Chris to Id on that same thread. He came back with A. selago. FWIW

I am here... for the moment :). Not that my belief's on ID's are all that accurate.

CAreefer mentioned A. selago which is a good guess as this piece has small corallites that contrast with the overall branches color. The one difference that I see is that the corallites (murphreef's)do not have a protruding lip whereas CAreefer does. So with this in mind I believe that this is A. insignis.

I hope that this does well for you in the future,

thanks alot chris after lookin at it on whelks it does look most like that kind of acro....

thanks for ur help and ur ID's are most of the time dead on :D
