Is this a rare Blasto or is this not really rare?

Common red Blasto. Don't get me wrong it is very nice but not rare by any means. I have a couple in my tank and my LFS always has small colonies of those.

That depends on your location. I would say it would go for around $75 where I live. I noticed that pic looks like an ebay pic. Is it? There is a vendor that posts pics always holding the coral with those fungias in the background. If it is, I ordered from them a while back and was very satisfied (if that helps you out!).

Blastos are in demand--those are sweet. At least $75.

$75 sounds about right for a LFS price. You can find Blastos on many online sites as well as Ebay.

It is the vendor you're thinking about. I ordered mushrooms from her and was very very happy. She's been very helpful always and you can expect great quality corals when ordering from her.

Agree with the above prices, I paid $70 for the same at a frag swap late last year from one of the vendors.
