I called 2 times yesterday, once today, left another message, sent 1 email yesterday, one again today, and have never received a response. So I thought I would try posting here. Are you still in business? Please prove me wrong as I am interested in purchasing a new RO/DI system.

The customer service aspect of this is rapidly approaching 'choose another vendor'.
