Whats the Best light for a refugium???

What light have you found to be the best for refugiums in a sump?

I use a cheap power compact light on my 29G fuge but you can get by with a lot less. Some hobbyists even use the clip-on lights you can get from Home Depot.

I use a clip-on but I have a 25 watt Compact flourecent in it and my macros love it. Very bright though.

I use a 65 watt Coralife 6700K with good results.
