My precision marine venturi es-100 with a mag7 pump isn't cutting it in my 90 gal. Inevitably, I need a good skimmer between 200 to 400. cheaper of course is better. But I learned the hard way that skimping out on a skimmer will mean more money in the end.

so what do you reccomend....and is my precision marine salvagable in concerning efficiency?

Get an octopus nw150, 200 or a D&D marine terminator 2, all great values for the money.

Ill definatley look in to DAS. Of course the D&D looks like an attractive prospect because its cheap, but i know if you pay cheap, you get cheap. has anyone had any experience with them?

DAS is exact copies of Deltec with same pumps, but for about a quarter of the price.
