Anyone have any pictures of how fish arrive when ordered online?

Even better, if anyone has a step by step guide WITH pictures on how fish arrive and how to acclimate them, I would love that!

They're just in bags in insulated containers. Acclimation is the same as for a local fish store. I increase the SG about 0.001 units every 15 minutes for fish, and add to the tank when the SG matches. During this process, I float the bag in the tank so that the temperature matches as well.

Do I have to premix water for the containers that they will acclimate in? I'm really not sure how that works.

I would probably do a drip acclimation with any livestock ordered online. All you need is some airline tubing and a valve to get it going. Drip at a rate about a drip per second. Over the course of an hour, the tanks params and the bag waters params should even out. Just make sure temp, salinity, and pH are the same and you should be fine. With any new addition, quaratine would be the best option.
