Actinics Question

I am looking to get new actinics, and have found several different numbers, 460 NM, 420NM. Which ones are better? I realize that one is a brighter blue, and the other is more purple. Does it make a difference to the inhabitants, or just the people viewing the tank?
Corals I currently have a small acro, a tiny ricordi (I think, it's to small to make positive ID), and a bunch of zoa's.

the best are 0-3 actinics, the spectrum is closer to true sunlight. plus they bring out the green and red luminessence of the corals.
