Frag Swap 07'

I know its early yet. I had a question about the packages for the frag swap. My wife and I are looking at the basic guest package. We're not sure if our kids will be making the trip so we didnt go with the all inclusive package for the dinner. If we get the basic package now, can we order the dinner at a later date once we find out?
