Roger

How far below the water level should the top of my 6000s be mounted? I will me using the swivel holder to create an angle if that matters.

Thanks, Mike

4" should be enough to prevent it taking in air.

Thanks Roger! I will place them at that depth.

Based on a previous post I ordered a couple of the protective grates and 2 sets of the fixing for adhesion 3000.26 from the Tunze web site. Any general idea on delivery timeframes?

Also, I could not find the silicone adhesive 104.72 on thier site. Any idea where to pick that up from?

Thanks, Mike

Marine Depot stocks it but it is just ordinary aquarium silicon. The only nice added feature is it comes in a miniature caulk gun with a plunger so it is a little easier to work with. I got the order and we will send it today by mail.

It was very nice here, Lubbock is quite nice too. I grew up in McAllen and I think Austin is hotter because the air tends to be very still and humid.
