New tank questions

Setup is 25 gal with 10gl refugium
questions are
How long should I let the rock cycle(don not have test kits)?
When do I turn the lights on?
When can I add fish?
Is it normal to have residue from a Phosban Reactor?
When do I cheto to the Sump?
I am also adding purple up now, is thier any issue with this product in relationship with the Phosban? the lowering of alkalinity

for the cycle procees, i would assume sacrificial fish?

You don't have to sacrifice any fish. You don't even have to spend any money to kickstart the cycle, so long as you're willing to pee in your tank. I did, and it worked great.
