I just aquired a used Remora Pro HOT for a friend of mine and am trying to help him set it up. I need help with one thing though...
It appears the person who had it before me tried to glue the pipe that goes from the pump to the skimmer onto the skimmer. It has since broken back off. I am guessing he did it to keep the injection nozzle on the inside from turning side to side on the inside (thus not aiming at the hole at the bottom).
Should the pipe from the pump to the skimmer and the elbow/injector on the inside be permanently glued together?
If not, how do you keep the injector nozzle from getting misaligned with the hole below it?
