Yep..need to pick some up. Came home with redbugs after the madison swap.:mad:
Where is the best place to pick some up?

For those of you who were at the swap, check over your corals.

You are going to have to get an RX from a vet. It is prescription medication for protecting against heartworm and can't be sold without an RX. Do you know any vets in the hobby? If not you may want to print an article and bring it into them so that they know why you would like to purchase it, otherwise they probably won't sell it to you because they are going to be suspicious that you want it for your pet and they will not just write out an RX without doing a blood test. So then again if they aren't familiar with the whole interceptor/red bug thing, well, it could be kind of embarrassing.:lol:

lol...from now on I'm just going to raid your tank...that I know is safe.

I've actually heard of others that have come home with them from the swap. Hopefully whoever brought them in did it unknowlingly.

More than likely.....would be nice to try to pinpoint where they came from. It should not be too hard to figure out. Send you pm on a contact for the meds.

Nope....you can do a search on the sps forum....there is a very long thread on interceptor treatment there.
