I cant seem to figure out how to quiet my refuguim where the water is draining in from the over flow. I have two drain pipes coming into my refuguim. It is quiet everywhere else but there.

Why can't you put the put the pipes underwater?

They are put under the water line, but it still makes a rushing toilet sound. ANy ideas?
