I woke up this morning and began my day like every other day, looking into my nano aquarium. It has been up for about 4 months now and everything has been doing great. However when i looked in this morning i noticed that on the back wall there were many small spirals, probably like .3 CM in diameter, maybe even smaller. they look like very small snails. My question is are these snail eggs, if so does anyone have a clue as to what kind? I only have one snail in my tank as of right now, the others died when i switched from my 3 gallon to my 12 gallon. Mostly my fault because the salinity was to high. Like i said there is only one snail in my tank, and it is an astrea snail.

Are these "mini snails" anything to worry about? They don't move so are they eggs?

They are nothing to worry about, everyone has them. They are tiny tube worms.

They're called spirorbid tubeworms. Here is a pic on melev's excellent hitchiker ID site: http://www.melevsreef.com/id/spirorbid_worms.html

that would be my guess as well. if they are, then they are just harmless filter feeders.
