I am interested in any links to detailed DIY Glass Aquarium instructions. This will be for a big tank (150 - 200 gallons). I am interested if anyone is aware of instructions which would include PVC bottomed glass aquariums. I'd search this site, but can never get access to do so.

Your help is much appreciated.

That's not that big with the price of glass to the end user you would be better off buying a tank unless it's an odd fit
and as far as a pvc bottom i don't think it can be done it just won't hold
the garf site will give you the size of the cuts you need and then you can go price it
and if you do do it don't cheap out on the Silicone Sealant you will only need 3-4 10oz tubes at the most a lot of guy's will get the GE Silicone Sealant but it does not have the same strength as aquarium Silicone such as All-Glass (http://www.bigalsonline.com/BigAlsUS/ctl3684/cp18273/si1378883/cl0/allglasssiliconesealant10ozclear)
