my dwarf just ate a fish and the tail is sticking out his mouth is this ok?

its ok anything that will fit in their mouth they will eat its a lionfish LION

well went out for a bit and hes got it all down...it was pretty funny watching him eat it...when i first put it in he chased it around i guess deciding if he could fit it down.I had just gone to get a cup to get the fish out and then CHOMP! the fish was still trying to swim and making the lion jerk up and down..scared me but made me laugh at the same time

and that was a pretty poor attempt at sarcasm...whens the last time you saw a "LION" run a gazelle down and eat it whole in one bite...I havent seen that and I watch quite a bit of the discovery channel:)

my dwarf lionfish is very calm for a lionfish..nothing wut so ever like eating another tankmate

I have the bigger antennata lionfish, it's ignored the small scooter blenny, hermits, blood shrimps, but behaved as a hunting dog when the chromises were introduced to the tank - went right to them. Both - lion and chromises - were small, I couldn't think that there will be place inside the lion for a whole chromis...
