Frag tank lighting

I plan on setting up a frag tank (48Lx30Wx15H) and the frags will be elevated about 3" on eggcrate. I have two options, so should I go with:

1) 2x400w Mogel base MH

2) 2x250w HQI MH and 2x110w atinic VHO

Also please include the K ratings of your choice for the MH. All of the frags will be SPS and most will be Acros.

I thought about T5, and actually used them on my old tank with great success, but I have heard that most prefer VHO to T5 for atinic purposes.
