2 part question

Randy or any one who can answer. I have a 225 sps tank and I'm going to try Randy's 2 part method. My Ca is 400 My Kh is 11 my Mg is 1200 a little low. Should I raise my Mg before I start dosing the two part, or just raise it as I go?

I'd bump it up now. The two part system is designed to keep it steady, not boost it.

Randy thanks for the reply, I have one more question. I have Mag flake on the way, but I want to increase my Mg now. Could I use B-ionic Mg now and switch to your home made stuff later without messing up the balance to much?
