PVC for QT

Hi everyone,

I am setting up my QT and I want to add some PVC for hiding places for my new fish. Only thing I'm worried about is that the PVC has bar code stickers. What do you guys use to remove these along with any glue or adhesive that was used. Do I need to use vinegar and water? Just dont want to release anything poisonous to my fish in the QT. Thanks!

im sure you could use rubbing alcohol just rinse it real good after most will evaporate though

I just peeled the stickers off and rinsed the PVC really well in warm water.

I just use a piece of tape. I press the tape down hard and rip it off. I do that repeatedly and it pulls all of the glue off and leaves it squeaky clean.

dawn dish detergent works well
just rinse it really well with warm water
