question.. new to t5s

im wondering about par on some of the t5 bulbs. i have an 8 bulb fixture with just aquablues-3 and 5 blue plus bulbs. has anyone done any tests on these bulbs, any threads?

i want more of a blueish color but i also want to stimulate growth as much as possible.
