Eheim 1260 or Mag 7?

Trying to decide on a pump for return for a 45 gal oceanic starfire w/ overflow rated at 800. Looking at these two. Will be in 10 gal sump. Any feedback would be great from anyone with either of these. Thanks.

No choice if you don't mind the extra $--Eheim(you may want to take a look at Ocean Runner's)

Both are too big. One of them is too noisy. Id use an Eheim 1250.

Mag- noisy and warm.
OR's are a good choice as well.
