Alternative to Weld-On?

Went to HD & Lowe's and I can't seem to be able to fins Weld-On.

They has lots of loctight & PVC cement but no Weld-ON.

All I'm doing is gluing baffles in a new acrylic sump I have so my question is.

Is it OK just to use aquarium silicone, or a loctight product?

It's only for baffles, the tank is already glues together.

i would want to use silicone just so i could change it later on.
