Peppermint Shrimp

I have peppermint shrimp, and they have these tan-ish bubbles on the underside of their bodies, and i was just wondering, are they babies? i would post some pics but they rarely show their underside. If they aren't eggs, should i be concerned if its like a disease?

Eggs, they will hatch but the larvae will die.

It will occur often, just yummy plankton food.
