I placed an order with TheReefStop.com a week ago Sunday after seeing their banner at the top of the RC page. It was supposed to ship via UPS ground. I got an order confirmation the following day, and then nothing. No order, no shipping confirmation, no email that the items were on backorder. Emailed their customer support...it was returned to me as undeliverable.
When I look at the order on their website in my order history, its listed as "pending."
I called their 800-number and get a message that its "trying to reach the Nextel subscriber..."
Anyone order anything from them recently?
They don't have a forum here on RC that I can find.
