Fire Shrimp question

Ok heres my question.

My tank temperature ranges from 79-82 and on Liveaquaria.com they suggest 72-78 for the fire shrimp. So, will the shrimp die if I try to put one in my tank?

no, I have kept them in my tank and it was at 80 and where I work we keep them at 80-82 and their fine.

I was keeping my tank at 72 and added one on Sunday. He lasted all of ten minutes before he walked out onto the sand and never moved again. I've been told the tank was too cold so I'm raising the temp now, slowly. Just thougth I'd add my two cents.
