How about a firefish goby.

A yellow watchman goby will be fine if it has hiding places. Be sure to cover the tank to prevent jumping.

I wouldn't have two gobies however, they'll probably spook each other and you'll never see either of them  .

For a fish in the water column you might consider a green chromis or bangaii cardinal.

The 2 gobies are completely different with different habits. They should be ok if you decide to go with them. There are lots of other cool little fish going around like perchlets and basslets too.

a blenny or clown may also be an option.. just make sure the blenny isn't similar looking in color to the goby

The highfin gobies, or the tailspot blenny would be a good addition. Just keep your water quality high for the highfins.

There's a really nice thread on fish selections for different tank sizes on nano-reef.com, http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=74703

A few pseudochromis are there, including a Bicolor and Fridmani.
