So my RBTA was about 5" diameter and undergoing stress because of lack of light. He ended up crawling to the top left corner of my tank where there is no light. From there he got small and split. both were now looking really bad. I then got MH lighting and moved them around. I got one to the bottom of the tank in in the light and he moved partially in the shade. he's now eating and looking great. The other one in now near the top of the tank getting great light, but he's the size of a quarter with mouth at the edge of his body. He's bubbling up nicely, but i'm still worried. Do you think he'll grow and be ok? i'd love to have 2 of these guys.

The mouth will be more to the center when it grows. I've had BTAs the size of a dime before, I feed tiny tiny pieces for a while. Yours should be fine. Got any pics?

My light just went off for the night. I'll post tomorrow. He looks good, just real small.
