I was stupid and did not quarantine new fish before I added them to my 110 gal display tank. Now many of my new and old fish have ich and some of the chromis have a little fin fungus. I don't whether to remove the corals and treat the display or just quarantine the fish? I figure If I don't treat the display, then the parasites will just reinfest the fish when I put them back in.
your thoughts please?

If you leave your display tank fallow _ no fish for 6 - 8 weeks, the parasite will die off. The parasites require a fish to complete their life cycle - no fish - no parasites. Do not add anything to the tank during the fallow period - no inverts, no rock, no corals. Quarantine everything wet (rock, corals, inverts, etc) before adding to the display tank.

Treat fish in a separate bare bottom tank with NO porous materials - substrate, rock, etc.
