Found this guy cruising close to some of my zoo's tonight. I believe he came in on a piece of live rock with some zoo's that I picked up last week. The second day I had that piece, those zoo's haven't been right. So I didn't trust it, and it got yanked.

You can't tell from these pics, but when it's on the move, It's body sticks out quite a bit in front and to the rear of it's shell, about the length of it's shell. It's also the fastest snail I've encountered.

That'd be a stomatella, harmless algae grazer, puffs white clouds when it spawns, and fastest snail in the tank.

Undoubtetly the fastest snail I ever laid my eyes on.... :D
And yes, it is harmless and actually beneficial grazer and if you add the fact that it reproduces well in captivity it is the best snail one can have... How's that for a sale pitch.... :lol:
