Depends on what your putting them in. Attitude wise I think you would be ok, but fish can become more agressive in small tanks.

Its a 75gallon, is that too small?

the blue hippo, and the puffer will get to big over time. the clown and sfe will be fine. I dont know what an asassi tang is unless you meant to write asassi trigger which I believe is more commonly called a picasso trigger. The trigger will be a terror once it grows in a tank that small. You could buy the fish small, and when they grow get a larger tank.
