Can anyone ID this for me please? Sorry the pics arent the best, its really hard to get a picture of. It is maybe 1/4"
I can try and get some more pics later if you think it will help.
It seems to move very slow, it looks soft. The red lines look kinda like veins going through it maybe?

i would say a baby anemone of some kind. but i cant say for sure.

Looks kinda like a BTA or possibly a Warathan anemone.Warathans are usually redder but I can't recall ever seeing one that small.FWIW they are rather expensive as anemones go.In any case as long as it doesn't start reproducing out of control I wouldn't sweat it

anything i can do to help it out or will it take care of its self? Water parameters are all in check.
