Canopy cover

My new light system should be here tomorrow.

I will need to get rid of the single light canopy I have now and will need to replace it with...(a plexiglass lid)

Am I correct in assuming that a flat piece of plexiglass will need to go over the top of my tank to replace the canopy cover?

You can pick up glass covers that will give you access without having to remove 1 big piece at pretty much any LFS
