Which falke food do you use?

Getting ready to purchase some new flake food for my tank. Just curious which brands people perefer.
I have 1 tang, sailfin blenny, 2 skunk clowns and i do supplement algae sheets so i'm lokking for an all around food, not just for herbivores.

i dont use flake food personally, but Ocean Nutritions Formula 1, Formula 2, Prime Reef, and Brine Shrimp Plus are good flake foods. just be super carefully not to over feed, as flake foods will break down quickly, and produce phosphates, and nitrates.

i use mysis and brine normally, just looking to supplement something else in addition to those

Brine shrimp have little no no nutritional value. A better way to access your feeding needs is to talior it to your current livestock.

isn't brine enriched with spirulina good for the tang and sailfin?
i feed mysis about 9 out of every 10 days and the brine on the other day, just though some flake would add a little variety to their diet, maybe i'm wrong:confused:

Here is what you should do....

Forget everything you know about feeding marine fish.

Now read this article. Two or three times if needed to let it sink in.

I feed three times a day. Flake food in the morning, a cube of SF bay brand Emerald Entree in the afternoon and some frozen cyclopeeze and flake food in the evening. I also feed some Nori on a clip about everyday but sometimes I miss a day. I also change up the frozen food every once in a while but usually stay with a SF Bay brand frozen (Emerald Entree is still feed at least 5x a week). The flake I feed is Formula 2.
