Size is: 30x18x12(12 wide(front to back)) for 90 gal reefready tank. I just please need to know a good skimmer for this size refugium and tank.Have to work with what I have.
Footprint of skimmer can't be more than 11 in. wide.
Thanks

Well i dont know any good skimmers for a 90g tank (never had a tank that big) but i can tell you this...you dont want a skimmer in your fuge. Thats completely defeating the purpose of having a fuge cuz it will just suck out all the pods that you're trying so hard to grow in your fuge.

Look for skimmers rated in the 125-250gal range for your tank, don't worry about the pods, they will survive a skimmer and passing through impellers (most anyway).

ya, they'll survive the skimmer pump for sure, thats not the problem. But then they're all gonna get sucked INTO the skimmer and not get to the tank. If they're not getting sucked into the skimmer, then i would say the skimmer is not exactly doing its job lol.

but I know someone out there has some idea of a good skimmer for that size tank and it won't be in the fug part either.

A skimmer captures undissolved proteins on the surface of the bubble.
If skimmers removed fauna through adhesion then natural skimmers (waves and the froth they create) would wipe all of the pods from the sea.

Check out these skimmers, probably the best bet for the price.
