I have lurked around this site for some time, but don't really post. However, I feel like I need some reassurance about the behavior of my diamond goby lately. He has pretty much always been the most active fish in my tank. Lately however, he seems to want to hide all day. He doesn't even really try to uncover his den. It all started when I noticed a small deposit of blood in the lower part of his eye. I was worried, but it quickly went away and he never changed his eating habits. I can still coax him out with food, but I am worried about his health. So, what gives? All my water parameters are fine, and hopefully, I gave enough information. I appreciate any advice that you guys can give.
