I have just put on the stand a 300g tank with (2) 6x6 corner overflows. I have purchased a Tunze wave box and am wondering how these two over flows in the corners are going to work?

Any sugestions?

Thanks

The overflows will reduce the waveheight and they will be noisy from water splashing into them. It will still work but I would use a durso pipe to help raise the water level in the overflow and reduce the noise from splashing.

Would eliminating the corner overflows and going with a "coast-to-coast" over flow work better?

Thanks

Not sure what you mean by coast to coast, the ideal is an overflow centered on the backwall.

I mean I could build an overflow box the length of the back wall.

Centered on the back wall is really the ideal, a full length overflow would reduce wave height, since the center stays constant it gives the best results to have the overflow there.
