he has great personality, but he swims into the rocks where my clowns hide, on the other side of the 120g, then takes a big poop and swims back to his hole in the rock

Mine does that too, it wont ever crap near its own cave, kinda funny, picks sand up and spits it out as well, nips my softies sometimes.. evil it is, lol

well think about it if we didnt have indoor plumbing would you poop on the floor at your house or go next door so you dont have to live around it... Enough said

I can't say I've noticed this behaviour in mine, but mine is a goofball. It's got several caves in the very top of my rocks, won't go near the bottom, and when no one is near the tank he swims around wildly from left to right in the front of my tank. It's quite goofy to watch since they don't have swim bladders.
