Heat packs, styro-, bags ----Where to get them?

I am looking to ship some of my frags. Does anyone know the best place to purchase the bags, heat packs, and styrofoam???? I am sure there are a few great places.

Home depot sells 1" think Styro sheets, cut to fit.

you can try a pharmacy, they get meds in stryo boxes, and often just toss them out.

Heat and cold packs can be bought at a pharmacy, and can be ordered at websites geared toward aquaculture supply.

Go to the hunting section in Walmart for the heat packs. They will be packaged as hand warmers

The styro sheets from Home Depot is a GREAT idea.

The heat packs from wal-mart...... I was told there is a difference as to what kind of heat packs you are using, some hold temp at a constant better than others.

72olds455 have you used the heat packs from walmart? I want to make sure nothing dies in shipment.

It depends what your shipping but USPS, UPS and FED EX will send you free boxes. I have aboout 10 boxes of boxes(lol) from USPS that I use for shipping priority mail. Packing tape Staples has cheap stuff for like $1 a roll, it works great for me. Lastly most retailers throw away TONS! of packing peanuts everyday, ask around.
