I would just like to say that Angela from liveaquaria is a true role model for all customer service reps within the country. She is very knowledgable about her product in which she supports and extremely friendly and most helpful! I would just like to give her a Warm Thank You as she just completed my order for a 24Gallon nano reef aquapod system! Thanks Angela. Great Job!

I love everyone at Dr Foster and Smiths customer service.. They're all very very helpful.. Best customer service I've ever seen!!

Thank you for taking the time to compliment our customer service. We hire responsible and intelligent people who go though almost two weeks of phone training. Our LiveAquaria agents continue their training with an additional two weeks of observing other agents then being observed. Throughout this process their Supervisor and our Service Observing staff are coaching them on how to be proactive and teaching them our philosophy of 'One Call Resolution.'

In our hallway we have an 'Employee Brag Board' that is filled with customers' accounts on the great service they have received. We have already printed out the comments in this thread about our LiveAquaria agent Angela. We posted this on our board for everyone to see. All compliments are also put in that employees file, as we feel it is a direct reflection of their customer service skills.

I want everyone to know how much we appreciate it when you take the time to compliment our services or employees.

I too would like to add my complement. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very curtious and friendly. When he wasn't sure about the question I was asking, he quickly went to the Tech staff and got an answer for me. He also helped me in making a decission on how to proceed in correcting my problem. Customer service like that is what makes it nice to deal with a company and keeps me coming back.

I had dealt with That Fish Place a lot in the past but had some bad experiences with them and have since switched to the good Dr's. I hope the customer service continues to be top notch so that I don't have to find another company to shop with.

Again thanks for the great customer service and I look forward to doing bussines with your company in the future.
