cleaning a new aquarium

What do everyeone use to clean a new aquarium? I have a 65 that I am about 3 weeks from getting up and running. What is the best way to clean it up to be ready to use?

Not a smart idea to use chemicals, and I'd say do not under any circumstances use soap. Soap is filmy and just invites problems down the road. I'd personally just use a clean rag, some elbow grease, and warm to hot water.

I use an old cotton shirt with vinegar and then just polished it up with another cotton shirt. Made it crystal clear without having leaving any nasty chemical residue. I think generic vinegar is 2 bucks a gallon?
