Need Help Lighting a 72 gal

This week I will be buying lights for my 72 gal BowFront.
I have a budget of $400.00. I am debating the Tek T5 or the Auqatinics T5 Fixtures . The Lights will be mounted on the tank.
I will have lps , soft corals and some sps.

My first question is can I avoid using a chiller with the fixture being mounted on the tank ?

And can I get by with the 48" Tek T5 4 Lamp unit ?

And what bulbs would you recommend ?

The Tek T5 fixture runs Hot, it has no fans. Current USA's Nova Extreme would be perfect. 48" 4-54watt T5, moonlights, fans, and only 7.25" wide.
