What to put in Refugium

What is good to put in a refugium?? I have a 110gal tub that im going to be using for a refugium. What all should i put in there?

with a large fuge I would take and make separate compartments for different types of macro so you could add those to the list of things that you offer if you are in the business of selling and then one large compartment for seeding base rock/live rock. This would take care of your filtration and provide additional income from otherwise unused space.

I've got three types of macroalgae in my ecosystem refugium at the moment. Taxifolia, Chaetomorpha, and codium. I also have selectively put in nassarius snails, ghost shrimp, filtering clams, live rock, bristle worms, hermit crabs, aiptasia, and cerith snails.
