Skimmer guys Questions about modding venturi

i have a asm g3 skimmer with sedra 5000 i know there is a way to mod the venturi but can't find it.

i just did a mesh mod on it while it is out i was going to drill out the venturi.

do you just drill it or cut it off and stick a bigger peice of plastic in it. i thought i could cut it off and drill a bigger hole and put a bigger peice of plastic pipe in there. i do not know if it will work. i know kentrob did it on some gen-x pumps.

tagging along, I asked a about drilling out the venturi a couple of days ago and no one seemed to have an answer.

I have been considering drilling mine out a little, and/or putting a fitting for a larger airhose with a valve to adjust the air flow into the pump.
