mantis shrimp.

i need help catching a mantis shrimp. what can i do without taking apart the entire aquascape??? i known where he is.

Squirt fresh water in the hole that he is in, then be prepared to catch him. Or the coke bottle trap...

yea, non salted ro/di. I believe you cut the coke bottle top off and turn it inside out that way he can get in but not out, and place some food in there for him and wait and watch for him to go inside it and take it out.

I used seltzer water with the rock removed from the tank. The mantis literally jumped out of the rock.
